With this baked fish dish you will learn how to clean, cut and braise leeks and how to make a Shallot Beurre Blanc Sauce. Beurre blanc is an essential French sauce that requires a little technique. It is very versatile and can be used for many different dishes. We will also learn to make French white beans. Students will set up/clean up their workstations. Course fee includes all supplies.
