Greek Cuisine - Spanakopita and Bandit Lamb
Spanakopita is a great Greek make-ahead appetizer or entree. These triangles of baked filo pastry are filled with a savory mixture of feta cheese and spinach. Bandit Lamb is a bandit’s purse of flaky, baked filo pastry wrapped around marinated, grilled chunks of lamb, feta cheese, tomatoes, red onions, and oregano--a delicious, complex dish for special occasions. Students will set up/clean up their workstations. Course fee includes all supplies.
