A friendly, low-key class in which you will learn basic computer tasks using the Windows system. Students will learn how to: control system settings, move-copy-delete files and folders, use a word processor to create a document, edit and format text, save and retrieve files, and navigate and surf the World Wide Web. Students need to bring a USB flash drive to the first class meeting or one may be purchased in class.
Google Apps - Docs, Sheets & Slides
This class is designed as an introduction to Google Apps. Students will learn to set up their own gmail account, create and share Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides. Sharing settings and calendar use will also be covered in this class. Prerequisites: Basic Internet

Microsoft Excel 2016 Level II
Now that you’ve got the basics, learn how to make this spreadsheet program your most powerful tool. Format data using Text functions, sum a data range based on conditions, consolidate data using a formula (3-D references or links to data), check formulas for errors (IFERROR function), construct formulas using named cells/ranges, build a logical formula (IF and AND functions), calculate payments (PMT function).
Microsoft Office Suite 2016 - Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint
An introductory class where you will learn to create, save and print a letter using Word; create an envelope; open an existing document, edit, cut/copy/paste, and use Spellchecker, as well as create and format a flyer; insert WordArt and Clip Art. Use Excel to create a spreadsheet, move/copy data, create formulas/functions, create column and pie charts.
